Job Purpose
This is an exciting full time opportunity combining Customer Service and Sales Administration responsibilities. Our client is seeking a proactive and customer focused individual to join their close knit team in a varied and fast paced role.
This position plays an important part in delivering an outstanding customer experience across every interaction, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in service excellence and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Handle enquiries via phone, email and web, including orders and pricing requests
Process customer orders accurately
Prepare quotations
Answer inbound calls
Manage customer queries relating to stock, deliveries, orders and drivers
Review delivery paperwork and raise follow on delivery notes
Scan and file picking and delivery documents daily
Coordinate marketing materials and sample requests as directed
Resolve customer issues and elevate where necessary
Support telemarketing campaigns and sales activity
Provide cover for the sales inbox during absences and breaks
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Work closely with the Sales team to support day-to-day requirements
Process repeat purchase orders with suppliers when required
Manage ad hoc confidential waste orders
Maintain a professional and focused working environment
Skills Required
Customer service or sales administration experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confident with CRM and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work at pace
Customer focused and proactive
Team player with a flexible approach
