Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Sales to lead both marketing and enrollment growth across our expanding network of schools. This role will oversee marketing and sales initiatives, support franchise partners with local marketing and enrollment strategies, and guide a team responsible for driving brand awareness and student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing and sales initiatives, including digital marketing, content, local marketing, and outreach campaigns.
- Develop strategies that drive lead generation, enrollment growth, and sales performance across multiple markets.
- Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Support franchise partners with marketing and sales tools, campaigns, and best practices to improve enrollment.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns and sales processes to increase lead conversion and enrollment results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing and sales leadership experience
- Experience managing teams and integrated marketing and sales campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or Master’s in Marketing
- Experience in multi-location brands, franchises, or education organizations is a plus
