Social Media Analyst – Paid Media & Creative Operations

📍 North America (Remote / Hybrid depending on team)

💼 Contract – $25/hr - 6=9 Months with potential extensions

A fast-paced marketing team is seeking a Social Media Analyst to support paid media execution, performance reporting, and creative operations across key social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. This role sits at the intersection of media, analytics, and creative, helping drive performance-driven campaigns across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support development and execution of direct-response campaigns focused on ROAS and CAC efficiency
  • Partner with North America go-to-market teams to translate campaign plans into channel-specific strategies
  • Work closely with external media agencies to plan, optimize, and report on paid media performance
  • Lead briefing, adaptation, and localization of creative assets for social and paid media channels
  • Serve as the liaison between marketing teams and creative studios to manage asset workflow and approvals
  • Track creative production progress and ensure delivery of brand- and legally approved assets
  • Share creative performance insights with internal and external teams to improve future iterations
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand team on larger campaign initiatives and global creative alignment

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Experience analyzing performance data and delivering actionable insights
  • Proven experience running direct-response campaigns focused on ROAS and CAC
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
  • Experience coordinating with media agencies and/or creative teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience managing $1M+ annual social media budgets
  • Agency or in-house performance marketing experience
  • Experience with creative testing, localization, or transcreation workflows
  • Familiarity with global or multi-market campaign execution
