Social Media Analyst – Paid Media & Creative Operations?? North America (Remote / Hybrid depending on team) ?? Contract – $25/hr - 6=9 Months with potential extensionsA fast-paced marketing team is seeking a Social Media Analyst to support paid media execution, performance reporting, and creative operations across key social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. This role sits at the intersection of media, analytics, and creative, helping drive performance-driven campaigns across North America.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and SnapchatAnalyze campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendationsSupport development and execution of direct-response campaigns focused on ROAS and CAC efficiencyPartner with North America go-to-market teams to translate campaign plans into channel-specific strategiesWork closely with external media agencies to plan, optimize, and report on paid media performanceLead briefing, adaptation, and localization of creative assets for social and paid media channelsServe as the liaison between marketing teams and creative studios to manage asset workflow and approvalsTrack creative production progress and ensure delivery of brand- and legally approved assetsShare creative performance insights with internal and external teams to improve future iterationsCollaborate with the Global Brand team on larger campaign initiatives and global creative alignmentRequirementsStrong hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, SnapchatExperience analyzing performance data and delivering actionable insightsProven experience running direct-response campaigns focused on ROAS and CACAbility to work independently with strong ownership and accountabilityExperience coordinating with media agencies and/or creative teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience managing $1M+ annual social media budgetsAgency or in-house performance marketing experienceExperience with creative testing, localization, or transcreation workflowsFamiliarity with global or multi-market campaign execution
