Account Manager
Join Hillyard, Inc.’s Sales team in Orange County, CA.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship‑based consultative approach.

Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best solutions that lower total costs.

Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing return on time investment for the territory.

Develop clear and effective written presentations, proposals, and quotations for current and prospective customers.

Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings, periodic seminars, trade shows, and conventions.

Effectively use a CRM program to manage pipeline targets and document important sales opportunities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

4‑year Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Prior outside business‑to‑business sales experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.

Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment.

Base salary $85,000‑$100,000 plus bonus program.
