HireNow Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare AI software startup to identify a seasoned Mid-Market Account Executive to help accelerate revenue growth and expand the company's customer footprint. This role is ideal for a driven seller who thrives in high-velocity environments, enjoys owning the full sales cycle, and wants to sell a technically sophisticated product that delivers real operational impact in healthcare.
Candidates must demonstrate consistent quota performance and the ability to close meaningful deal sizes to be considered for interview.
The company is at a pivotal growth stageclosing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean, high-impact sales team. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own net-new customer acquisition and play an active role in refining go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and deal motion.
This role offers meaningful visibility with leadership, real ownership over outcomes, and the opportunity to help shape how the sales organization scales.
What You'll Do
Own net-new customer acquisition across the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close
Drive pipeline creation through a predominantly outbound motion
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, challenges, and decision criteria
Deliver compelling product demos that clearly communicate the value of an AI-driven healthcare platform
Develop and refine repeatable sales processes to improve efficiency, velocity, and win rates
Partner closely with leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, pipeline generation, and product feedback
Manage pipeline and forecasts with rigor and accuracy within the CRM
Stay current on market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs
Contribute to a strong sales culture and support the onboarding and development of future hires
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
3+ years of full cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing $100K+ ACV deals
Experience carrying meaningful quotas (approximately $1M)
Strong outbound background (roughly 80% outbound / 20% inbound)
Ability to engage, influence, and persuade senior decision-makers
Comfort selling technical products and translating complexity into clear business value
Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco four days per week
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)
36 years of full-cycle closing experience with consistent success closing $200K+ deals
Prior AE experience at SaaS, AI, or automation-focused startups
Early or founding GTM experience in a high-growth environment
Experience selling AI-driven, data, or workflow automation solutions
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong ownership and accountability
Bias toward action, resilience, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
