Our Client is seeking a high‑performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of advanced commercial Internet, Video, and Voice solutions to mid‑size and large businesses. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with strong relationship‑building skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for exceeding revenue targets. You’ll work as part of a collaborative sales team, owning a defined territory and positioning enterprise connectivity and communication solutions as critical business enablers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compelling, face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate deep knowledge of products, services, and solutions.
- Exceed assigned revenue, unit, and performance targets through strategic selling and disciplined execution.
- Develop and grow a defined sales territory through prospecting activities such as cold calling, referrals, canvassing, and partner relationships.
- Build strong relationships with businesses, institutions, and community partners to expand brand presence and pipeline.
- Retain and grow existing customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and reports.
- Stay current on competitive offerings, emerging technologies, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
- Demonstrate independent judgment in managing deals, negotiations, and territory strategy.
- Regularly meet clients onsite and effectively present, persuade, and negotiate at multiple organizational levels.
Technical Knowledge (Working Understanding)
- Network design and connectivity technologies (Ethernet, Internet services, MAN/WAN solutions)
- Voice technologies, including VoIP
- Data networking concepts (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN)
- Networking protocols (Layers 1–3)
- Customer premise equipment (voice and data)
- Business continuity and disaster recovery concepts
