Program Manager SharePoint
The Program Manager role will support a leadership team and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, maintain, and manage the organization's communication platform. The Program Manager must be professional and highly motivated and approach ambiguous, complex business scenarios with creativity, organization and be open to feedback. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership and provide proactive communication. Candidate should have exceptional skills in writing, designing, and developing strategy and communications supporting program objectives, as well as experience supporting customer-facing SharePoint sites.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintains all communication assets to run the business, for all field-facing content and assets used to support transformation
Works closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and develop effective communications
Develops, maintains, and innovates SharePoint sites, and modifies content to improve readability
May support Power Automate platform
Creates internal and external communications (customer landing, release notes, etc.) using various tools and technologies
Manages internal platform quality processes
Designs, maintains, and drives adherence/consistency to the organization's brand, including building out presentation & newsletter templates to enable self-service
Helps communicate and land changes/outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
Participates as a project team member, attends project meetings, and prepares project content
Develops monthly communications and provides communication to stakeholders and leadership
Works directly with stakeholders to develop new content and maintain existing content, ensuring it has the proper tone, messaging, and effectiveness to support business objectives
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in communications, strong written and PowerPoint slide creation experience demonstrated with samples of work or a portfolio
3+ years' experience in SharePoint site creation, administration, and support experience
Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Automate experience desired
Exceptional messaging and writing skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy
Experience managing brand guidelines
Ability to understand business processes related to defining requirements (create user stories)
Excellent communications skills (interpersonal, verbal, & written)
Ability to think strategically and thrives in a fast paced, dynamic organization
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and deliverables simultaneously across stakeholders
Ability to take vague requirements and turn them into tangible deliverables
Strong time management and organizational skills and can work independently and self-prioritize
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook and Word and can create effective content directed at an executive audience
