Partnerships Manager

To build and scale BluSynq's ecosystem partnerships, the full-time remote Partnerships Manager will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, and growing relationships with software providers and marketplaces, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive integration and go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across various technology ecosystems aligned with BluSynq's expansion roadmap
Collaborate with partners on referral programs and co-marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics to ensure business outcomes
Coordinate integration delivery by managing timelines and ensuring consistent partner experiences throughout the integration process

Required qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS
Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple integration workstreams and stakeholders
Builder mindset with experience creating partner programs and processes from scratch
Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations
