Partnerships Manager

To build and scale an ecosystem of partnerships, the remote Partnerships Manager will manage the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, and growing relationships with software providers and marketplaces, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive integration and go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and onboard partners across various technology ecosystems, developing a sourcing strategy aligned with expansion goals
Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and track performance metrics to ensure measurable business outcomes
Coordinate integration delivery with internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience for partners throughout the integration process

Required qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS
Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
Strong project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple integration workstreams simultaneously
Builder mindset with experience creating partner programs and processes from scratch
Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations
