Managing the end-to-end subscription renewal lifecycle, the full-time Renewals Manager will oversee multiple renewals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage proactively with customers to secure upcoming contract terms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Track and progress multiple customer renewals, ensuring completion at least 30 days prior to contract expiration
Audit customer contracts and align product usage with agreed terms, while developing tailored value propositions for expanding accounts
Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding renewal progress, account risks, and overall customer health
Required qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing renewals for a substantial number of accounts
Proven track record of on-time renewals and strong organizational skills
Experience in reviewing contracts, negotiating, and preparing proposals
Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and with third-party partners
Familiarity with Jitterbit's products and methodologies is a plus
