Job Description
The Sales Support Coordinator II provides support in all administrative tasks for the Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and continually enhance relationships with guests and key accounts to ensure repeat bookings.

Maintain ongoing open communication within the sales department and with senior management and departmental colleagues throughout daily operations.

Track sales data and prepare several reports daily and weekly using sales and revenue information.

Maintain clear, concise and up-to-date records in the system.

Manage, maintain, and order all office supplies and sales collateral.

Assist the sales team and guests as necessary with general administrative tasks.

Process and generate folders for all definite contracts to be distributed to conference planning and accounting.

Create and distribute effective group resumes and banquet event orders to communicate guest needs to all concerned departments in an accurate and timely manner.

Support electronic communication of advertising and marketing information as necessary.

Qualifications

A two‑year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Hospitality Management or F&B Marketing.

Sales experience in hospitality or a related field.
