Driven by a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, the full-time remote Commercial Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on acquiring new customers and exceeding revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:

Own the full cycle commercial sales process, from prospecting through to closing, targeting new customer acquisition
Generate and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and territory development
Conduct consultative discovery with senior stakeholders to align Drata's value with customer needs and drive revenue growth

Required qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role, with at least 2 years as a quota-carrying new business closer
Proven track record of quota overattainment and pipeline generation in previous roles
Experience in a startup or growth-stage environment, demonstrating ownership and adaptability
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or SPICED
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and navigate buying committees
