Also leads a small team./ppResponsibilities:/pulliIndividual maintains ownership for assigned group volume, profit and share quotas, spending budgets and results./liliThrough the development of productive business relationships and creative solutions to meet customer needs, Director Sales delivers sales results thus achieving company goals./liliThis individual is also responsible for providing direction to other sales professionals to achieve retail excellence for customer and for retail service management within the account./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBS/BA required, Masters preferred/liliDemonstrated account leadership success with the Walmart account/liliUnderstanding and translating sales data, competitive data, and retail data to position brands favorably and enhance sales opportunities/liliKnowledge of categories and channels in which sales operates/lili10+ minimum years CPG sales and/or marketing in personal care/lili5 years minimum trade marketing, sales planning or marketing experience/liliExcellent people management and relationship building skills/liliStrategic planning and business management (problem-solving, sales forecasting, PL analysis, fixed cost budget analysis)/liliStrong communication skills, ability to present, sell-in and execute ideas/li/ul/div
