Responsibilities
Respond appropriately to a high volume of incoming calls, remaining professional and courteous.
Verify and update patient information during each interaction; enter accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Provide accurate information regarding services, insurance, office policies and procedures to clients/customers.
Triage calls and messages and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
Other related duties as assigned.
Part‑time role — 24 hours. Shifts: 1:00 p‑9:30 p Mon, Tues, Fri.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical office or healthcare call center.
Skills
Proficient in computer application skills, including EHR/EMR, and utilization of common office equipment.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Efficient at multi‑tasking and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of patient privacy regulations and ability to maintain confidential information.
