Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Respond appropriately to a high volume of incoming calls, remaining professional and courteous
Verify and update patient information during each interaction; enter accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Provide accurate information regarding services, insurance, office policies and procedures to clients/customers
Triage calls and messages and route to the appropriate department or team member
Other related duties as assigned.
Part‑time role - 24 hours. Shifts 1:00p-9:30p Mon, Tues, and Fri
Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical office or healthcare call center
Proficient in computer application skills, including EHR/EMR, and utilization of common office equipment
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Efficient at multi-tasking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of patient privacy regulations and ability to maintain confidential information
