What You’ll Do
Participate in new business opportunities as support to the Account Director, taking notes and contributing to planning meetings.
Take note during internal and client‑facing meetings/calls; send prompt recaps to appropriate parties for review, filtering/editing, and routing.
With guidance from supervisor or the account team, request, collect, and appropriately file resources needed to service project scopes (e.g., client resources, creative briefs, project plans).
Learns, follows, and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into the agency’s milestone delivery, review periods, MLR submissions, etc.
Learns each client’s review/submission schedule and project deadlines to ensure the team meets them.
Supports the PM to collect/track and compile internal and external feedback on each milestone delivery.
Drives the creation of billable job codes.
Shadows and assists the Account Lead in preparation for and during monthly revenue recognition meetings.
Practices and adheres to company SOPs.
Effectively collaborates with members across the entire team to succeed.
Ensures procedures are being followed by team members.
Contributes and/or provides feedback to supervisor, leadership, and team members with a solution‑oriented focus.
Crafts solutions that balance client objectives and timelines with internal recommendations.
Serves as a brand champion with the ability to articulate the strategy and core communication platform.
Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills.
Manages expectations with clients and agency resources from project inception to completion.
Establishes goals to bring the 21GRAMS vision to life in everything we do.

What You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree.

Pay Range
$60,000.00–$70,000.00 (based on applicable law, experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location). The company reserves the right to modify this range at any time.
