Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in‑store execution for essential customers, drives sales volume, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and coaches and develops the team.
Responsibilities

Drive sales volume and achieve sales targets.
Track and report key performance indicators.
Co‑ordinate in‑store execution for essential customers.
Coach and develop a team of account sales managers.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and DOT medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $78,000 – $100,000 plus cash incentives.
