Experiential Senior Producer(Full Time, Direct Hire) - Onsite/Hybrid NYC

Our client, a luxury experiential agency, is seeking a full-time Senior Producer.

This role is best suited for candidates with a strong background in long-term, full-time/direct-hire positions.

Onsite Expectations:

• 4 days onsite during the probationary period
• Transitioning to 3 days onsite post-probation

You must have:

• Proven leadership experience
• 6+ years of experience
• A primarily full-time background (not open to candidates with heavy freelance experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative vision across multiple concurrent projects
• Produce pitches and proposals; source venues; manage timelines and critical paths
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and full event documentation (event books, production materials)
• Manage vendor relationships, including reviewing technical drawings, negotiating costs, and ongoing communication
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and design teams to track project progress and budget updates
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and troubleshooting issues
• Oversee and mentor junior team members and project-based assistants
• Develop client-facing materials, including status reports and production documentation for sign-off
• Manage financials from pitch through reconciliation, ensuring accurate cost tracking and margin targets
• Lead onsite execution for events, including setup, live production, and breakdown (travel may be required)
• Balance creative excellence with commercial objectives, delivering projects on brief, on time, and within budget
• Contribute to team culture through creative thinking, organization, and mentorship

Requirements

• Strong interest and experience in the luxury sector
• Extensive background in creative event production and vendor management
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Professional, personable, and highly collaborative
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury event production
• Solid understanding of health & safety, insurance, permitting, and security requirements
• Experience leading teams through full project lifecycles-from concept through execution
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global markets
• Passion for storytelling and creating culturally relevant, immersive experiences
