Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and online research.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.

Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and target profiles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field. Equivalent experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or research will also be considered.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable conducting research and using technology.

Self‑motivated with a desire to learn and grow in recruiting.

Prior experience in customer service, sales, internships, or recruiting is a plus.
