Owning the growth function within product marketing, the full-time remote Growth Product Marketing Manager will identify and activate new audiences, execute growth experiments, and synthesize insights from various data sources to drive product marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities

Synthesize insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritized hypothesis backlog
Lead go-to-market strategies for new products without established playbooks and own messaging across campaigns
Design and execute experiments across multiple channels, collaborating cross-functionally to move from hypothesis to live execution

Required qualifications

5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, or product management, with experience in developer tools
Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation, research, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Experience in acquiring new developer audiences and optimizing activation funnels
Strong project management skills with a background in startup environments
Comfortable analyzing product analytics, user interviews, and campaign data
