Summary The Fashion Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client service in the boutique to drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This role focuses on developing new and existing client relationships, providing a personalized shopping experience, and supporting boutique business objectives alongside the sales team and leadership. The Fashion Advisor also manages client follow-up, repairs, and alterations to ensure a seamless client journey.
Responsibilities Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
Take in repairs and manage follow-up on repairs and alterations
Collaborate with the boutique sales team and report to boutique leadership to meet business goals
Maintain strong product and brand knowledge to inspire clients
Requirements Minimum 3 years of related retail or client service experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Excellent communication and client service skills
Passion for fashion and luxury brand experience; foreign language skills preferred
