Position Overview

Qualified by Salesforce is seeking a

Renewals Manager

to build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, prioritize customer retention, and develop new business from existing customers.
Responsibilities

Own customer renewals and build strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
Connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and prepare customer‑facing presentations and pricing.
Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Liaise with cross‑functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and minimize customer churn.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications

3+ years of proven work experience as a Renewals Manager, Account Manager, or Key Account Manager.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C‑level.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ tools.
Experience delivering client‑focused solutions to customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Base salary range for this position is $71,400 – $95,550 annually (varies by location; see specific ranges for California, New York, and other major cities).
