What Does a Passionate Website Support Specialist do?

Help new customers launch their own websites – assist them from purchase and configuration through publishing.

Provide fast, caring support to resolve client issues and deliver expert training.

Reach out to clients periodically to check in and offer help with strategy, marketing, and technology.
