Condé Nast Readies Move to 1 World Trade Center

It’s been five months since Condé Nast signed a letter of intent with Port Authority to move their headquarters from Times Square to 1 World Trade Center, but it appears the move is getting more concrete (spectacular pun intended) as time goes on.

The New York Post is reporting that when the letter was signed back in August, the deal to move was far from a sure thing. However, sources are now telling the paper that the move might be in March, depending on the particulars of the move. As of now, Condé Nast is set to take over one million square feet of the tower’s space.

Maybe now we can all put the “no one will want to live or work down there after 9/11″ argument to bed.
