Cover Battle: Architectural Digest or Time Style and Design

Welcome back to FishbowlNY’s weekly Cover Battle. This week we have Architectural Digest versus Time Style and Design. AD went with the uber-famous designer Valentino, surrounded by an army of bored and slightly tubby pugs. We hope the dogs aren’t used to protect Valentino’s home, because the only robber they’d be interested in stopping would be one wrapped in Beggin’ Strips. And even then, we imagine the pug on the far left would sleep through the whole thing.

Time Style and Design went with a photograph of the actress Marion Cotillard, wearing a dress designed to keep our attention away from Cotillard’s creepy left arm. But now that we’ve pointed it out, you can expect to see that appendage in your nightmares for the next month or so.

So readers, which cover is better? You can vote, comment or display your web savviness by doing both.
