Dick Parsons To Be Awarded BET Honor
Dick Parsons, who has about only a week left in his tenure as CEO of Time Warner, will be awarded a BET Honor in the Corporate category at the Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, January 12. Also being honored are Tyra Banks under the category of Media, Dr. Cornel West for Inspirational/Education and the Honorable Maxine Waters for her contributions in Government.
The program will air as part of BET’s Black History Month celebration on Friday, February 22 at 8:00 p.m.
