Don Geromino of Don and Mike Fame, Seriously Injured

Radio personality Don Geromino, who is most well-known for being part of the “Don and Mike” nationally syndicated show (heard on WNEW-FM in New York), had a serious fall Friday. Geromino, who does afternoons at a sports station in Sacramento, hit his head at the end of live show.
He sustained head trauma and was taken to a hospital, where he was in the Intensive Care Unit.
Geromino, whose real name is Michael Sorce, joined CBS-owned KHTK in June. The station’s website said, as of Sunday morning, he was transferred to trauma recovery.
Most recently, Geromino, 52, did fill-in jock work at WCBS-FM.
