Ebony Magazine Names Amy DuBois Barnett Editor In Chief

Johnson Publishing has announced Amy DuBois Barnett as the new editor in chief of Ebony magazine. Formerly, she was deputy editor in chief of Harper’s Bazaar and held various positions at Teen People and Honey magazine.

In addition to work in magazines, Barnett has authored Get Yours: How to Have Everything You Ever Dreamed of and More, a book which was nominated for a NAACP Image Award.
