The New York launch of Haute Living has finally arrived, and, as we reported, the Trump family — Donald, Donald, Jr., Ivanka and Eric — posed for a cover shoot. Unfortunately for Eric [above right], when it came time to print, it seems the youngest Trump was cut out of the cover:
