If you’re a whiz in the kitchen, Food Network Magazine needs you. The glossy is on the hunt for a new recipe editor to join its New York team.
In this role, you’ll be in charge of editing all recipes for accuracy, clarity, brevity and style. You’ll coordinate recipe content with developers and testers in the Food Network kitchens, and work closely with the magazine’s food editor to plan and execute monthly features. Are you getting hungry yet?
You’ll also be generating ideas for sidebars, calendars and tip pages, while writing display copy for food and recipe stories. Basically, you’ll need to be a never-ending source of ideas. If you have at least five years of recipe editing experience and top-notch copy editing skills, you’re good to go. Oh, and a culinary degree would be, well, icing on the cake. Interested? Apply here.
