Foursquare Checks In at NYMag
Are you on Foursquare yet? The new social networking, with video game appeal, find your friends, service that officially launched last week at the PSFK conference in New York has landed itself in NYMag this week.
Former Dodgeball users are no doubt already familiar with foursquare, which quickly moved in to replace the former after Google shut it down last month. For those of you new to the scene foursquare, which also ties into Twitter updates, allows you to keep up with all your friend’s locales throughout the night, and(!) awards you fun little badges depending on how many times you “check in” — all you ‘mayors’ out there know what we’re talking about!
