Gawker’s New Home ‘Broken’ By New York

89crosby_street.jpgWe’re still awaiting official word from Gawker HQ on its new digs around the corner on Crosby Street, but it seems New York couldn’t wait to tell us what we already knew.

Not that we expected a publication that gets a tad snippy when another publication reports on what it already reported to give us proper credit.

What we can confirm — after walking by earlier in the week — are the couches, a couple Mac G-Whatevers and some strategically-placed greenery already out on the floor, along with some bloggery-looking people gawking from within. That, and the Chinese acupuncture center’s menu on the front stoop.

By the way, the foie gras offer still stands.
