Huffington to Launch Political Satire Site
Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington says she is launching a political satire Web site for poli-humor junkies who currently have to wait ’til the evening to get their Daily Show and Colbert Report fix. Huffington told a luncheon for the American Society of Magazine Editors the yet-to-be-named site will be launched in “a couple of months.”
The Huffington Post recently ran a clip of the satirical song “The Decider” — a riff on recent remarks made by President Bush — that has generated over 100 million plays, she said.
