Jane Pauley Sues New York Times For Fraud

Former NBC anchor Jane Pauley said in lawsuit filed Tuesday that the New York Times fraudulently misrepresented themselves in a series of interviews that wound up in a special drug advertising section in the newspaper and included a full page photograph of Pauley [pictured, left, during her Harvard Law School days].

Pauley, who is bipolar, seeks unspecified damages.
