Janice Min Joins The Hollywood Reporter as Editorial Director
Now we know why ex-Us Weekly editor Janice Min sold her apartment to move to Los Angeles. Min has signed on as editorial director for e5 Global Media’s The Hollywood Reporter. She starts in mid-June.
The Reporter has been making several personnel moves in the past couple months, adding OK Magazine publisher Lori Burgess last month and bringing on a new associate publisher just last week.
Min left Us Weekly last year after seven years with the publication. Before that, she worked at People, Life and In Style magazines, among others.
“Janice dramatically transformed the landscape of entertainment journalism, and she is perfectly suited to lead The Hollywood Reporter’s business-to-influencer coverage of the global entertainment industry,” said e5 CEO Richard Beckman of the hire.
