Johnson In, Boulton Out At Men’s Fitness

neal_boulton_out.jpg David Pecker, CEO of American Media, finally made the long-rumored switch official, replacing Neal Boulton with Roy. S. Johnson at the top of the Men’s Fitness masthead. Boulton, who had been on a medical leave of absence, will “write a book and pursue his humanitarian issues, such as obesity.”

Seems like an unusual choice for a man who loves magazines so much, he spent his formative years “soaking in their DNA for that day when I might work for one of those beauties.” We suppose people are allowed to change, however.
