Kate White: Glamour No Longer A Threat To Cosmo At Newsstand

Cosmopolitan editor Kate “How to Set His Thighs on Fire” White has a new book coming out, Lethally Blond. She says it’s been optioned by Lifetime for a series based on its main character, “Bailey Weggins.” She wouldn’t mind it turning into the next Buffy. She also says Paris Hilton is overexposed. And Glamour? Sorry, Cindi Leive: You’re no longer a threat.

But there are lots of others vying for our readers: from the celeb magazines to YouTube. If you’re not careful, it could be death by a thousand paper cuts. How we compete is by dazzling the reader and making her wonder: What will they do next month?
