katie_couric_perky.jpgWhile we were scrounging for images to run alongside our late, great Katie Couric Contract Countdown, we always seemed to run across this grainy, yearbook-looking photo of the future CBS Evening News anchor in a cheerleader outfit. It was too grainy and/or random, we thought, to run for our countdown. Enter Jossip, who — after Googling “katie couric perky” — gives us the excuse we were looking for.
