After going to the mat to save Fast Company, editor-in-chief John Byrne announced that he is leaving to take the executive editor post at BusinessWeek, which was apparently "the one job [he] couldn't pass up." FC executive editor Mark Vamos has been named acting editor. Proud new owner Joe Mansueto is apparently fine with all this, and says the magazine "won't skip a beat."
