Time Inc.'s Time4Media and Parenting Sold To Bonnier?
That's what Folio: says:
Two days after the second-round bids were due, Bonnier Magazine Group appears to have won the sale of Time Inc.'s Time4 Media and Parenting groups. The Swedish company will pay between $100 million and $150 million for Time4. A price for the Parenting group could not immediately be determined. Time Inc. will likely make an announcement in the next couple days.
