Update: Just heard from American Media Senior VP Corporate Communications Stuart Zakim who sent me AMI's "longstanding" photo policy: "It is the policy of American Media that it does not knowingly purchase photographs that were taken while endangering the lives or safety of any individual." Lindsay Lohan, I think you're safe now.
