Manhattan: Free! for the Affluent

skgline.pngWe know, we know, every time you peruse a Manhattan newsstand (or real estate classified ad) you can’t help but think: why aren’t there more publications catering to “upscale households” in New York. Voila! Your prayers have been answered. The New York Post is reporting that Modern Luxury, the people responsible for Miami magazine are headed this way to provide us with their own particular take on “fashion, art, design, architecture, real estate and other things that matter to sophisticated New Yorkers.” Thank goodness somebody is.

The first issue will make its bi-monthly debut in September and a free issue will be mailed to the 65,000 most affluent households in New York. We presume the rest of us will just have to continue reading the Sunday Styles.
