Martha Takes $2.2M Hit On $6.7M Sale Of Westport Estate

Martha Stewart‘s split from her Connecticut residence is now complete. Her 9-room, 3-bedroom, 3,168-square-foot, 200-year-old Colonial at 48 Turkey Hill Road South in Westport, which had been on the block for over a year, has been sold. The price? $6,700,000. That’s some 26% below it’s original listing by William Raveis real estate at $8,995,000. The buyer: Oxford Health CEO Charles Berg.

The property includes a heated pool, converted carriage house, “extensive flower and vegetable gardens” and something called a “party barn.”
