50 Years Of Nat Hentoff At The Voice![]() For 50 years and with undiminishing intensity Nat Hentoff has been one of the strongest defenders of The Bill of Rights in the media. Hentoff began writing for The Voice on civil rights on January 8, 1958 and never stopped. The Voice, where he still writes, has published excerpts of the legendary journo's writing over the past half century. He is often unpredictable. Intellectual fellow travelers with The Voice may be startled by some of Hentoff's more unorthodox positions. Agree with him or not, though, Nat Hentoff is always a writer of integrity. Hentoff's latest crusade is ending the genocide in Darfur. Email This Post |
