Modern Love’s Teasing Teaser
Maybe I’m imagining things, but it seemed to me that the NYT was teasing Caroline Miller‘s “Modern Love” essay this Sunday with an implication that sort of reminded me strongly of a certain Golden Globe-winning cowboy movie. Which, incidentally, had nothing to do with the Miller’s bittersweet essay (not that there’s anything wrong with that) – it just seemed an odd tease. Also odd: ID’ing Miller as “an editor and writer” in New York rather than as the editorial director of Absolute Magazine or ex-EIC of New York.
