Newsday Endorses Clinton For Senate

In its sunday editorial, Newsday has announced its endorsement of Senator Hillary Clinton, citing her “record as an intelligent hard-worker with bipartisan solutions.” In the governor’s race, the paper gave the nod to Elliot Spitzer.

Understandably, New Yorkers are now wondering if News Corp.-owned New York Post will follow suit, given Rupert Murdoch‘s unlikely support of Clinton in spite of her democratic candidacy and recent criticism of News Corp.-owned MySpace.
