Nina Garcia to Marie Claire. This Time We’re Serious
At long last, Nina Garcia is going to Marie Claire. Fashion Week Daily reports she’ll take over as fashion director in September, replacing the departed Tracy Taylor. The back and forth has been going on for more time than we care to admit, but this time it seems legit.
One hopes this saga is over, but with the fate of Project Runway still up in the air, we doubt it is. FWD‘s source said Garcia’s hire was “completely separate from Marie Claire‘s possible interest in Project Runway,” but we doubt that as well. Women’s magazines, all lies.
