Pat Kiernan to Read Newspapers to the Whole World

patkiernan_0.jpgSome things just make so much sense you have to wonder how come they took so long to come to fruition. To wit: Brian Stelter has a story in today’s Times about everyone’s favorite morning newspaper reader Pat Kiernan going national.

Kiernan is set to launch PatsPapers.com, “a pre- skimmed selection of articles from newspapers around the country. Working with part-time editors in Europe and a producer in New York, he will publish an e-mail digest and a webcast during the downtime in his NY1 shift.” Which all sort of begs the question: did Kiernan read this story out loud on NY1 this morning?
