Playgirl EIC On Spitzer: ‘We Will Really Put Him In The Magazine, I Swear’
In case you’re part of that one percent that thought the whole Eliot Spitzer mess couldn’t get any grosser: We’re sorry. Yappy kid brother PRNewser reports that Playgirl editor-in-chief Nicole Caldwell was all sorts of serious yesterday when she put out that open casting call inviting the ousted New York governor to go full monty in an upcoming issue of the mag. Caldwell denied that the move was designed to, ahem, raise her mag’s profile, telling PRN, “The thing is, as far as the publicity stunt aspect goes, we will really put him in the magazine, I swear. While we were having fun with the invitation, we’re for real, too.”
